Meet the Property Blue Team
The Team has comprehensive experience in the acquisition, funding, construction, sales, management and operations of our investment projects. We have built a strong reputation for financial discipline through building partnerships and providing long-term stable returns. By selecting high-growth areas in well-connected locations, our team can successfully deliver our vision to investors.
Managing Director/Investment Committee Member
Adam is the founder of Property Blue. He has over 13 years’ experience in property development, and property related businesses. He is currently involved in multiple projects across three states including apartment complexes and land subdivisions. Adam has successfully completed over $500 million in projects in management and directorship roles.
State Manager (WA)
Stuart has had over 22 years’ experience at the ATO and 15 years’ experience in finance and business development.
He has been involved in numerous property developments throughout Australia over the past 6 years.
Stuart will oversee all Capital Raising, Investor Compliance and sit on the Project Control Group(PCG) for Property Blue in all developments.
Investment Committee Member
Craig has over 15 years’ of Development Management and Town Planning experience across a broad range of residential and commercial developments.
Craig has managed a development portfolio of over $400 million ranging from 257 lot subdivisions to mixed use multi – residential apartment projects.
For over 8 years Craig managed a Development Consultancy specialising in Land Acquisition, Town Planning, Project Management and Land Subdivision.
Investment Committee Member
Ben is the Investment Committee Member and Compliance Officer representing the Trustee Blue Capital (WA). Ben has over 20 years’ experience in business and financial controls and has held numerous C-Level roles, together with establishment and operation of over 20 Investment Fund’s in a range of industries.
State Manager (Qld)
Darren brings over 30 years‘ sales and marketing experience to the Property Blue Management Team.
Darren will help secure distribution for all funds and provide client communications.

Investment opportunities are identified against Property Blue’s investment philosophy and requirements.
Internal appraisal is conducted by Property Blue and preliminary feasibility documentation prepared.
Preliminary feasibility document is provided to the Investment Committee for initial review and feedback.
External appraisals are conducted, additional documentation is prepared, and transaction documentation and transaction terms prepared for inclusion into the due diligence report for submission to the Investment Committee.
Approval from Investment Committee received. Transaction is completed.
Oversight of Execution
Property Blue nominate a project lead internally who communicates regularly with the external execution team to oversee the investment. Investors provided ongoing reporting on a quarterly basis, covering both development progress and project performance.
Project lead liaises with Investment Committee through to project completion and exit of the project on approved terms.
